Next to the operations office is a large meeting hall that can also be used, upon request, as a Briefing Room by crews in transit through the field. Access to the room is barrier-free due to the presence of a ramp designed for disabled users.

The room is fully wired, with wi-fi network coverage, and equipped with a ceiling-mounted video projector. A room for office use is available next to the meeting hall.
